Julie Hull is the Coordinator for Gifted and Talented Education at the Orange County Department of Education and Parent Chair for the California Association for the Gifted. With over 20 years experience in gifted education and the parent of children who are gifted she brings unique insight to the cognitive, social emotional and behavioral needs of students who are gifted.
