Storytelling on Steroids

Storytelling is a disappearing skill. Come to this session to play with a template that teaches gifted students about character development, narrative structure, plot complexities, and conflict resolution. Participants will learn techniques to stimulate creative thinking and improve you and your students’ storytelling skills. Moreover, this workshop incorporates skills of social-emotional and executive functioning. The template can be used as a story starter for written language as well as for visual arts integration.
