In this session, participants will explore a multi tiered model of identification that strives to support teachers in understanding the characteristics of giftedness through multiple lenses. We will dig in to pedagogical opportunities that support the revealing of potential in young people, as well as the systematic change that must occur to identify students from all subgroups.
