How can a gifted student who is reading and writing several grades below expectancy perform in an accelerated learning environment? They do it daily by using highly effective self-regulating and compensatory strategies based on their strengths! Through a variety of activities, you will learn a strength-based process with practical strategies to assist twice-exceptional students in their academic pursuits. Participants will take home a packet of ideas to support gifted students by reaching their academic potential and fulfilling their social/emotional needs.
