Walking students through a step-by-step system to evaluate their strengths and challenges enables the teacher to better understand the individual gifted learner. This tool allows students to articulate areas of interest and evaluate themselves on scholarly dispositions in order to set individual goals in the academic, social, or executive functioning domains. In this session, participants will engage in the ILP tool in order to determine how it might best be used in their own context.
