The Intersection
As an educator, we are expected to use appropriate pedagogy to create an environment in which students grow and learn: which can lead an educator in many different directions looking for answers. Educators, need to stand in the intersection to identify and understand diverse students and their many manifestations of giftedness. This workshop will put you in the intersection. Giftedness by definition is cultural; therefore, teachers must be culturally proficient in order to manage the job of identifying giftedness in students.
